You don’t need any experience at all to do the course. The course will start by introducing you the foundations of the course and how to tailor it for your particular needs and ability. You will then progress through the various elements of the course, at your own pace.
Do I need a training partner to do the course?
You don’t need a training partner to do the course. The course has been tailored for you, so that you can train on your own. If you can get someone to train with you, it will certainly bring another dimension to the course. But like all martial arts, solo training is a big part of it.
