It’s not essential to have anything. If you have equipment, like a punch bag, then that’s great but if you don’t that’s also fine. Rich will build your training drills around the equipment that you have available.
How much time will I need to spend training?
The simple answer is the more you can the faster you develop. In reality we know how life is, so, your training drills will be designed to suit your work/life balance. The good news is that you will be guided by Rich and he will send you drills that maximise your efforts and produce the results that you want. Over his time being mentored himself by Andy Norman he has learned some of the ‘shortcuts’ in the training and can pass these onto you.
