DL Thai is a program suitable for all types of people and ages, which you will get multiple benefits with:

IT DOESN'T MATTER IF YOU HAVEN’T STUDIED MARTIAL ARTS BEFORE
The program is created thinking both for those who know nothing about martial arts and for those who have already practiced Thai Boxing.
HOW DO I BEGIN TO TRAIN?
Each week you’ll find a new technique in your private area and additional material for you to continue your DL THAI learning. Every 3 months you’ll have to complete a block and you’ll get access to do the grade exam. When you complete the 16 blocks you’ll reach the black belt degree.
And remember, you’re not alone, you’ve our team to answer any questions about the techniques or developments. In addition you’ll have a comment area available in each video where a team member will answer you.
