We will be looking at “Area 51” - Your space, your domain, own it, control it, and destroy anything that threatens it. Learn how to set them up, and then destroy everything they try to touch.
VICIOUS STRIKING

We will be looking how to develop classic punches, hammer fists and elbows from varied angles. How to create real damage, remember, no MMA gloves in the street.
Rules have created a sense of conditioning with regards to what is acceptable. The street respects nothing and nobody.
BE TOXIC

Important point though, we must respect the enemy, always. Learn to understand the danger zones but learn how to counter that by being so toxic that people want to let go of you, which is the ultimate end goal.

Do I need loads of equipment?
No, we recommend you preparing need pads and/or ground matts.
When will I be able to speak with Grek and Andy?
Once every technique section is finished we will open the live chat for Questions & Answers, then you will be able to ask your questions live.
Remember to write your questions down during the training section so you remember them once it finishes.
Will I receive my copy of the event even if I cannot attend it live?
Yes, as soon as you get registered for the webinar the system will automatically create a personal account for you, with your library, where we will upload the webinar and were you will be able to watch it as many times as you want.
If you are an existing DL Member you already have a Training library created, so we will be adding the webinar into your existing library for you to watch.
